Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled.

Return of damaged items

If a damaged or wrong item is delivered to you, you can raise a complaint within the following 1 day of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

Any item that is received damaged or with a manufacturing defect can be exchanged free of charge if a complaint is raised within 1 day of purchase.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@prettyheels.shop. We require a receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged parts of the product, if any.

Refunds and Exchanges

Requests for exchange are allowed within 7-days from the delivery date and must be in the original packaging. Exchange is subject to shipping fees. Please read the shipping & delivery policy.

Refunds are not permitted.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@prettyheels.shop . We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Pretty Heels Fashion will reply within 3 days from the date of your request. Pretty Heels Fashion’s third-party shipping agent will contact you to collect the products you wish to return.

If the products being exchanged are in their original condition, your exchange request will be accepted by us. Pretty Heels will send you an email confirming receipt of your valid return. We will then ask you to kindly identify another product that you would like to exchange it with from Pretty Heels online shop. The price of the new product must be the same as the price of the item being exchanged or higher. If the price of the new product is higher than that exchanged, then the client will need to pay the difference in price in addition to the shipping fees.
